How to overcome "The Frustration of Elijah."
We've been promised that when we participate in temple and family history work we will feel "The Spirit of Elijah." Is this always the case?
There was a time in my life when I wanted to participate but was definitely NOT feeling the Spirit of Elijah. While logged on to FamilySearch I was disoriented, confused and discouraged. I like to call this anomaly "The Frustration of Elijah." I was frustrated that I wasn't feeling any joy and satisfaction when I had been promised many times that I would.
It turns out that I did not have the prerequisite knowledge, understanding or skills to be successful. For this reason I'm sharing what I wish I would have known when I first started out. I hope that these videos will empower you to overcome any frustration you might feel and to indeed feel the great joy of participating in temple and family history work.
